Terms of Service

AlphaWoo is a service operated by ALTECK, Inc. ("AlphaWoo", "we", "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the AlphaWoo website and services. By using AlphaWoo you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Subscriptions & Trial
- •Plans: $97/month or $970/year.
- •7-day free trial with full access. A valid payment method is required to start the trial.
- •If you don't cancel before the trial ends, billing starts automatically.
- •Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
Billing & Renewals
- •Billing is handled securely by Stripe.
- •You authorize recurring charges until you cancel in your Billing portal.
- •Monthly plans renew each month; annual plans renew each year unless canceled before renewal.
- •Taxes: All prices are listed before taxes. Where required by law, AlphaWoo collects and remits applicable sales tax based on the billing address provided at checkout. If no tax is collected, you are responsible for any taxes due in your jurisdiction.
Cancellation & Refunds
- •You can cancel anytime from the Billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period.
- •We don't offer partial refunds for unused time.
- •Annual plans are prepaid and generally non-refundable.
- •If required by law (e.g., applicable cooling-off periods), statutory consumer rights apply.
Acceptable Use
- •No spam. Send recovery emails only to customers who started checkout on your store.
- •Don't bypass rate limits, probe security, or misuse API keys.
- •Keep your WooCommerce API keys secure and use them only within AlphaWoo.
- •You're responsible for complying with applicable email and consumer laws in your region.
Availability & Support
- •AlphaWoo is provided "as is." We aim for high availability, but outages can happen.
- •Support is available via email at support@alphawoo.com.
- •We may update or improve the service at any time.
Service Availability & Force Majeure
AlphaWoo runs on modern, third-party cloud infrastructure — including providers like Amazon Web Services, Vercel, Stripe, and others. While we monitor uptime and performance constantly, we can't guarantee 100% availability. The internet breaks sometimes, and so do the platforms that power it.
We're not responsible for outages, slowdowns, or data loss caused by events outside our reasonable control. That includes (but isn't limited to) third-party service failures, network congestion, DNS issues, DDoS attacks, power or telecom interruptions, natural disasters, government actions, or other so-called "Acts of God."
If one of these events (a "Force Majeure Event") impacts the Service, we'll communicate status updates publicly and restore full operation as soon as we can. We do not issue refunds or credits for downtime or degraded performance resulting from a Force Majeure Event or other external provider outage.
We may also perform planned maintenance or upgrades that temporarily affect availability. When possible, we'll schedule those during off-peak hours and post notice in advance on our Status Page.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlphaWoo's total liability for any Service unavailability, delay, error, or loss of data is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the affected period. We're never liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if we were advised of the possibility.
Data & Security
- •WooCommerce API keys are encrypted when stored and access is least-privilege.
- •Card and billing data are processed by Stripe; AlphaWoo never stores card numbers.
- •Stripe may collect your billing address during checkout to determine applicable sales tax and generate accurate invoices.

Changes to These Terms
- •We may update these Terms periodically.
- •If changes are material, we'll notify you by email or in-app before they take effect.
- •Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
